A national buyers' agency, online in four days

The problem
Kev and Ken built their first website themselves in Lovable. It looked generic, with no brand system, no visual hierarchy and no moments of delight to tell K2's story. It was invisible: it ranked for just 8 searches, drew almost no visits from Google, and wasn't named in a single AI answer we tested. It had no analytics, no way to count a booked call, and AI-written copy that made a national firm read as Sydney-only.
A web agency quoted six weeks and $18,300 + GST to fix it. We did it in four days, for a fraction of the price.
Our process
Discovery workshop
A free discovery workshop to map K2's end-to-end client journey, from first referral to accepted offer, and the pain points at every step. Then we prioritised which opportunities to tackle first.
The end result
Four days of build, 77% less than the agency quote, and a website the founders couldn't wait to share. Then we kept going. We added a blog written for Google and AI answers, tracking on every booking click, and a live scorecard that shows K2 which channels bring in calls. Australian visitors have doubled since the old site.
Before and after
On the left, the site the founders built themselves in Lovable. On the right, the site we built in four days. Same business, same founders, a very different first impression.

From brand guide to web system
Their brand studio delivered a strong guide. We made it work on the web: a type scale that holds up on a phone, the glacier blue, maroon and ivory palette, and buttons cut with the same angled corner as the logo.

A photoshoot that looks like them
Buyers' agents are judged on trust before anyone books a call. We booked the photographer, steered the shoot toward candid moments instead of sales poses, then chose the frames where two founders read as one team.

Built where buyers look
Buyers scroll listings on their phones, but they choose an agent at a desk. Two in three people who find K2 on Google are on a laptop, and they stay twice as long. So we designed laptop first, then tuned every breakpoint down to the phone.

Built to be found
We rebuilt the foundations Google and AI read first: schema, a sitemap, clear page titles, and K2's licence and ABN where search engines can verify them. Within weeks K2 ranked first for its own name, had 11 pages on Google, and appeared in a Google AI Overview.

Measured, not guessed
We built K2 a free dashboard for after launch, so everyone can see the work is paying off. We switched on booking tracking and built a search scorecard that pulls straight from Google. Australian visitors have doubled compared with the old site, K2 now comes up first for its own name, and the founders can see which channels bring in calls, not just visitors.

Four days, not six weeks
The agency proposal ran six weeks on WordPress, with an optional monthly retainer after launch. Ours took four days of build in Framer, and Kev and Ken edit it themselves, no retainer needed.
